Unfortunately, Oldenburger|Fritom is not one of the three finalists of the Groningen Enterprise Award 2023. Last night, after a special event that revolved around the presentations of the ten nominees, the jury announced the names of the three finalists: Wovar, OnlineVeilingmeester.nl and EasyToys.
Our colleagues Albert Medendorp and Pieter de Jong have obtained their Green Belt certificate. Albert is our Freight Forwarding Manager and is ultimately responsible for our Business Unit Freight Forwarding. Pieter has been our Continuous Improvement Manager since September 1st. Both are members of our management team.

Top Dutch Solar Racing is once again taking part in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge this year. This week we shipped their self-built solar car Green Thunder to Australia by air freight.
Today we celebrated a special moment: the delivery of our latest company car, the Volkswagen ID. Buzz Cargo. Our company fleet is now fully electric.
Our colleague Melle Vleer is retiring. We got to know Melle in 2019 through our partnership with the FC Emmen Naoberschap foundation. Together with its partners, the foundation is committed to, among other things, people with a distance to the labor market.
