This week Oldenburger|Fritom extended its sustainable partnership with Top Dutch Solar Racing. This means that we will also take care of the logistics for their solar car in the coming years.
Corporate social responsibility is anchored in the corporate culture of Oldenburger|Fritom. We demonstrate our commitment by collaborating with various social initiatives. For example, we have recently entered into a partnership with the Special Heroes foundation.
Last year, 7 of our colleagues started the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt training. This is an internal training given by our own Master Black Belt, Frans Andeweg. He has set up the training according to the DMAIC model.
Last week, no fewer than two of our colleagues celebrated the anniversary of their employment. Albert Medendorp and Richard Oortwijn have both been employed by Oldenburger|Fritom for 15 years. There is therefore every reason to celebrate this milestone.
The educational cooperation out of Oldenburger|Fritom continues despite the coronavirus crisis. For example, our colleague Frans Andeweg gave a corona-proof BREEAM guest lecture on January 7, 2021.
As if an internship during COVID-19 is not challenging enough, students of the NHL Stenden University have simultaneously obtained their Green Belt certificate. Sayenne Strijker, Floor Veuger and Yannick Vos fulfilled the practical project of this certificate at Oldenburger|Fritom.
